Upon submitting the form, each instance will randomly determine its readiness status based on the provided readiness probability. This status will persist until the form is resubmitted. The approximate number of healthy instances should correspond to the readiness percentage. Resubmitting the form triggers a regeneration of the random readiness status for each instance. If the readiness percentage is sufficiently low, a service failover to another region will be triggered for requests originating from the public IPv4 address (via the load balancer).
